Susan Haedt is a financial operations executive with significant experience in financial services, including investment management and alternative asset management products and partnerships. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer at TripleTree, a merchant banking and advisory firm focused on health care, where she is leads the firm’s finance, accounting, compliance and administrative functions. Susan has over 30 years of experience providing financial leadership to companies at all stages of their growth, with deep expertise in financial services companies.

Prior to TripleTree, she was the CFO at Thomas, McNerney & Partners a health care private equity firm where she was responsible for the firm’s operations and financial management including accounting, tax, legal, compliance, human resources and investor relations. Prior roles for Susan include running a successful consulting practice and serving as the interim CFO for several companies. She also worked as Vice President and Treasurer of Mutual Fund Operations for Investment Advisers, Inc. ("IAI"), an investment management firm owned by Lloyds Bank TSB Group, plc. and as Senior Manager in the audit practice for KPMG, LLP.

Susan earned her Bachelor of Arts from Luther College and is a CPA (inactive).
