Elena is a dynamic leader, passionate about solving issues through deep analytical and strategic skills. She has held a variety of leadership roles throughout her career and currently serves as Senior Director, Work & Rewards at WTW, a multinational business consulting firm.

Elena has deep financial services expertise and has held various leadership roles. She led a variety of key enterprise strategies as VP of Financial Advice for Thrivent, led a business unit, and Sales Compensation and Benefits functions.

Elena earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from the University of Minnesota.

Elena is originally from Romania and is passionate about teaching Romanian lessons to kids. She and her husband, Lucian, have a young son and enjoy taking road trips through the national parks.
